What are the return conditions?

Is the item not to your liking? In this case, you can return the item to us, if it is in its original condition. Of course, we expect the item to meet the following requirements in order to process your return.

The return must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.
All returned items must be in their original condition and undamaged. You can try on and view the item as you would in a store.
Used items cannot be returned.
(Shape) underwear and swimwear may only be tried on over your own underwear for hygienic reasons.
All items must be returned in their original packaging. This includes the label/tag on the item, the shoe box, associated jewelry packaging or the plastic packaging on which the barcode is visible. We can process your return based on this barcode.
The return shipment must be registered in advance on the website.
Any free give-away/gifts must be returned.

If the conditions are not met, an administration fee of €5 will be deducted from the return and customer service will contact you about possible follow-up steps.

Please note: The Little Green gift card cannot be returned.
