We aim to ship orders on the following shipping days: 
Working days before 15.00h.: orders will be shipped the same day. On Saturday and Sunday: orders will be shipped on Monday.
The Little Green Bag is not liable for any delivery delays caused by our delivery partners. We recommend that you keep an eye on the shipment tracking. Does the tracking not provide an update for 5 days? Please contact our customer service.
During peak periods we may deviate from the above delivery time due to force majeure.
